Peace of mind in an accident
Having an accident is always unpleasant. But with the LAMAX S9 Dual you won't have to argue with anyone about who did what. Both the front and rear cameras shoot every single step of your journey in Full HD so that the culprit and their license plate will always be clearly seen. With a 150° wide-angle lens, the front camera simultaneously captures your lane, the oncoming lane and pavement without distortion. The rear camera then keeps watch over your rear bumper with an angle of 130°.
Protecting you day and night
Inside the rear camera, we’ve fitted an innovative optical sensor with tech that guarantees the best possible video in low-light conditions and darkness. So when an inattentive driver hurtles out of the darkness and fails to break, you’ll have his car and license plate clearly recorded. Thanks to a frame-rate of 30FPS, both the camera at the front and rear can capture fast motion perfectly.
Just a simple snap
With the LAMAX S9 Dual, there's no complex daily setup. Just snap it onto the mirror, plug in the rear camera and you're good to go. Its discreet design ensures that it is as invisible from the outside as possible and won't attract uninvited guests. Recording starts when you start, so you can focus on more important things.
Voice control
Switch from front to back? Take a photo while driving or lock a video, what do you want to keep? With voice control, you can easily operate the camera while keeping your hands firmly on the steering wheel. The LAMAX S9 Dual now accepts 12 voice commands which come in handy when driving. It currently understands only English, but the instructions are so simple that you’ll master them in no time. It’s as easy as saying, “LAMAX, photo!"

So it will warn you in plenty of time where you should ease off the gas, leaving you to use the money you save for better things. Speed, position and time can all be displayed directly in the video as a watermark.
Stream videos wirelessly via the app
The mobile app is just another way to control and set up your camera. Plus, it makes it easy to download and edit your videos. The LAMAX S9 Dual has built-in Wi-Fi, so you can leave the cables in the drawer - just drag and drop your shots.
Rearview camera for both passenger cars and vans
Right out of the box, you’ll get an internal rear camera that can be easily attached to the rear window using the included adhesive pad. Owners of vans and trucks, where the rear window is small or obscured by cargo, can also purchase an external rear camera with a 8m connection wire to use the system to its fullest.
Helps you park, then keeps watch
With the rear camera you get a much better view than with a rearview mirror - the large display completely replaces it. Some models of car have a small rear window and you often do not get a good view of how much space is left. The camera will draw parking lines for you, so you can fit in spaces where you wouldn't even attempt without it. Plus, when parked, parking mode is activated, where the camera starts recording as soon as it detects impact - so you’ll always know who’s messed up your new paintwork.
Mirror or 9.66” display
The LAMAX S9 Dual features a large bright display with advanced IPS technology for excellent viewing angles. What's more, the whole thing is touch-sensitive, making controlling it a breeze. Plus, you can also easily turn off the screen and rely purely on mirror reflection.
One-time installation
Just snap the LAMAX S9 Dual once onto your rearview mirror, plug in the cables and that’s it. In the box you’ll find practical plastic cable clips and an adhesive pad to make installation even easier. Thanks to its discreet design, you can leave your camera in the car.
Voice control and via the app
Operate the camera without taking your hands off the steering wheel. Just talk to it. Currently it understands 12 handy commands. Control via the mobile application works just as easily. Built-in Wi-Fi makes downloading and editing videos as convenient and fast as possible. You can also change the camera settings in the app.
Speed camera detection
Our ever-expanding speed camera database will alert you to places where you should ease off the gas. We know about thousands of speed cameras and traffic light junctions in more than 37 European countries.
Internal or external rear camera
In the package you will get an internal rear camera, which you can easily attach to the rear window using a 3M adhesive pad. For vans, pickups and all vehicles where the rear window is obstructed due to cargo, you can purchase an external camera and a 8 m connection cable.
Full HD resolution
Cutting-edge chips mean that both cameras record high-quality Full HD video at 30 FPS, clearly showing all important details such as license plates and faces. We have tuned the sensors to the max, so the image is sharp, handles transitions between light and shade and faithfully replicates colours. Both are easily enough to capture essential details without distortion.
Night vision
An optical sensor with advanced technology ensures excellent video quality on the rear camera even on a dark road outside the city. The front camera relies on first-class optical sensor optimization. The system protects you nonstop.
Video watermarks
Choose to add time, speed, or GPS position watermarks in every shot. All variations can be combined, so you’ll always see exactly what you want.
Loop recording
The camera records video in individual sequences and, when needed, records over the oldest video automatically. This means it will never run out of memory. There is plenty of space available as it supports cards of up to 64GB.
Lock shots
You can lock shots of what you like or would like to use in the future. Or simply use voice control to save the video with a quick command. The camera will never overwrite them to free up space.
Parking mode
Whenever the camera detects a shock, it begins recording. This comes in handy when parking. The function works best when disconnected from the power supply.
G-sensor
The accelerometer constantly monitors the direction of travel and detects a possible collision in just a second. When this happens, the shot is locked against deletion.
Intelligent LDWS and FCWS
Lane Departure Warning System warns you when you leave your lane, keeping you from going off course. The Front Collision Warning System monitors the safe distance in front of your car. Both systems will help you safely reach your destination.
